Hometown Hero ~ Rear Admiral Walter Hose

On Saturday, June 22nd, Parks Canada honoured Rear Admiral Walter Hose as a Hometown Hero as part of Parks Canada initiative to recognize Canadians who have made a significant contribution to the war effort.

After the ceremony, dignitaries and attendees were welcomed at the Legion for refreshments and camaraderie.
