Branch Property Manager
- Under the direction of the President you will care for the general maintenance of the outdoor and indoor property of the Branch in a safe and economical manner.
- The duties include but are not restricted to the maintenance of grounds, the operation and maintenance of building equipment, the care and maintenance of utility services.
- Implement service contracts as required
- Regular duties include: general repairs, inspect fire systems, contact service suppliers as needed, investigate and advise the President of major requirements and possible solutions to property concerns, clean and salt entrances as needed, attend Executive and Membership meetings and report and defend decisions made.
