The Legion is looking for dedicated volunteers who are willing help sustain the goals and objectives of the Royal Canadian Legion and to participate in activities to keep the Legion a vibrant community entity.

In order to become a Legion Board Member, the following criteria must be met:

  • The Member must be in good standing (dues are paid) at the time of the Nomination meeting and have been a member for at least one year;
  • In order to run for President, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Vice President the Member must have served on the Executive Committee for at least one full year;

Also:

  • The only requirement to nominate someone for office is that you must be a Member in good standing at the time of the Nomination Meeting.
  • If any Member would like to run for office and cannot attend the Nomination Meeting, you must submit a letter to the Branch Secretary stating your intentions and you can be nominated without being present at the meeting.

The following are elected positions and eligible candidates must be nominated at the April 24th Nomination Meeting.
