Several Hundred people gathered for the Dieppe Memorial Service on August 19th in Dieppe Gardens at Windsor’s waterfront.  Tribute was paid to the many soldiers who sacrificed their lives on that fateful day in 1942.  It was a touching service with commentary from local dignitaries and the laying of wreaths.  RCL 594 First Vice President Morris Brause laid a wreath.
